We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
TARDINESS
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Glam by Joanna B and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
Booking Policy for Wedding Makeup Services
Thank you for considering my services for your special day! Once you are satisfied with your trial, you will have 7 days to confirm your booking in writing. After receiving your confirmation, I will provide you with the final pricing based on the number of guests requiring makeup. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. I look forward to making your wedding day unforgettable!
